How to take it

The manufacturer recommends two capsules a day with a glass of water, preferably in the morning, and suggests showing the bottle to your doctor before you start.

Good to know: high cholesterol and high blood pressure usually have no symptoms, so regular checkups and your doctor's advice matter most. Don't stop or change cholesterol, blood pressure or diabetes medication on your own. Several ingredients (bitter melon, gymnema, banaba, cinnamon, chromium) can lower blood sugar, and licorice can raise blood pressure and interact with some medications. Talk to your doctor before taking ColestZen, especially if you take any medication or are pregnant or breastfeeding.
